I've always been pretty good with money and loved making money for myself and others. It was a way to compete and measure success and a way to create independence.After 14 years in various executive roles with high growth, award winning, private companies, I developed a confidence that I was capable of consistently driving results. When I first learned about the concept of conscious capitalism, I fell in love! Positive impact alongside profits. It felt like an opportunity to do what I loved, what I was good at and what was good for the world, with no compromise. I launched Active Impact Investments because I believe there are more people like me out there and we can have a lot of fun doing this together.


  • President, Traction Rec (private, bootstrapped) - led the go-to-market launch of a new SaaS product, $3.5M in contracts signed with clients, 21 person team in place, channel partners signed
  • COO, Traction on Demand (private, bootstrapped) - part of a team that almost quadrupled revenue from $13M to $45M in three years, launched four sub-brands, expanded into the US, led the acquisition and integration of RevStrong and BigKite
  • President, Randstad Professionals (public) - lead the integration of three companies (IT, Engineering and Finance) with combined revenues of $300M
  • President, Randstad Engineering (private to public) - lead the integration of three companies (ATS, BBT, Hill McGlynn) with combined revenues of $50M and generated a six-fold increase in profit over two years, fastest profit growth among Canadian portfolio
  • VP Western Canada, Sapphire (private, VC backed) - doubled revenue from $35M to $70M in three years, fastest growing region in the company
