FUND III
Operating with their first paid customers in the Vancouver and Denver markets.
Closed Antinori, Quivira and Vino farms as customers which added $58k in revenue.
Completed their final deliverable to Florida Power & Light and received customer acceptance to invoice. Added a large opportunity to the sales pipeline after a full day scoping session with a major progressive Californian utility.
FUND II
Added three new customers worth $70K ARR and crossed the $1M in ARR mark.
Onboarded a new customer pilot with Sango Seeds, a leader in the vertical farming sector representing $220K USD potential revenue. Won a $350K InnovateMass grant from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
Landed HelloFresh, The Rounds and Farm to People as new customers in addition to running a successful re-commerce pilot.
Signed pilot agreements with CPower and Johnson Control for their PriceSignal product. Successfully launched summer updates to the Financing Accelerator platform, further integrating AI into the commercial financing process.
Received strong positive feedback on the newly launched Bridge product, furthered integration talks with two of the largest HVAC OEM’s in North America and executed on a sales strategy that brought June revenue numbers up YoY.
Exceeded 20,000 active members and powered ~1M green rides on Future. Began rolling out green mobility rewards in DC, Chicago and San Francisco.
Announced that they were awarded a contract to supply hydrogen refueling infrastructure to Lewis County Transit, in support of their initial deployment of hydrogen buses in Lewis County, Washington.
Grew sales pipeline to over $1.5M in total value and grew contracted ARR to over $800K.
Signed a contract for their 150th commercial solar program, bringing the total commercial property space served to over 20 million square feet.
Announced a partnership with Autodesk that allows Metafold customers to bring their designs into Fusion 360, one of the most popular and widely used product design platforms in the world.
Started scaling up their $1.5 phase one California Energy Commissions REDWS grant and enrolling initial users.
Signed their second paid user. Accepted to join the Google Cloud Ready - Sustainability partner program, which will include co-branded marketing and direct access to Google Cloud global sales teams and client base.
Conducted simulator and in-cab testing on-site with G&W, SRY, and Wheeling & Lake Erie. All three customers’ senior leadership teams were excited and impressed by the results.
Relyion added a large opportunity to their sales pipeline that could expand to over 1000 sites.

Secured a verbal agreement for a multi-site project in Escondido, CA with final technical due diligence and deal structure underway.
Signed a partnership agreement with a top 3 global real estate services firm to serve a fortune 500 healthcare provider account.
Continued to have strong success with the testing of FrostCC at the National Carbon Capture Centre and received terms for the sale of a portion of its business operations.
Celebrated the grand opening of their flagship franchise location in the UK with Premier League footballer Tom Davies, and transitioned their headquarter's chopstick collection fleet to electric vehicles.
A large renewable asset owner significantly increased the value of one of their Northern European assets using Clir's industry insights and datasets. A large solar & wind developer used Clir's platform to sell a portion of their European assets.
Closed 6 major pilot accounts while significantly increasing deployment capacity, installing the energy management system at 50 new locations. Opened a new satellite office in Argentina and began participation in the Clean Fight, a New York based Cleantech accelerator.
Signed an NDA with a second large multinational cell tower operator to negotiate a partnership similar to the one they recently signed.
Appeared as a speaker at Collision conference to discuss the future of AI in driving climate action.
Published a case study with their customer Alterna, which demonstrated significant ROI (4.37x impact per dollar spent).
Announced a partnership with the Canada Organic Trade Association that will allow them to tap into a network of 150 potential customers.
Received an order for 300 chargers from Central Park, a large real estate project in Laval, QC.
