FUND III

Generated revenue from designer-manufacturer connections, supporting their marketplace model.

Closed a deal with one of the world's largest trading firms to help predict how their competitors manage their hydropower facilities.

Completed the first installations of their full first party product offering that will launch in September: Jetson Air heat pumps, Jetson Hub, Jetson Thermostat, and their proprietary homeowner software with remote monitoring.

Closed a $180K sale to Mark Anthony Group (an Active Impact customer introduction) and signed a full ranch expansion with The Wonderful company after a successful pilot.

Added over 100 ICP prospects to their target pipeline.

Approved for another $150K IRAP grant to offset the costs of deploying their wildfire prevention tech.

Contracting with four US utilities in preparation for a Q4 start. Responded to two utility RFIs using AI for interconnection planning and system operations.

Hit 135 bikes on the road and crossed 20,000 individuals on our bike waitlist in East Africa.

FUND II

Received verbal approval from a reseller to sell through their agricultural monitors to their large customer network, and soft-launched an Agentic AI Agronomist. Won the $60K Washington DC ‘Innovative Company’ grant.

Received an LOI for a $14M seed sale of a crop that is a $2 billion market.

Closed their first higher-ed customer, Swarthmore College, and won a major RFP for a multi-venue roll-out in Southern California.

Delivered their best ever peak power pricing call performance with 98% of all peak events across all markets called.

Formally launched their Smart Vent Zoning solutions in partnership with RectorSeal, completed training of the internal sales reps who are now actively selling into their channel partners. 

Continued +20% monthly growth in card spend with a highly engaged member base of 35% daily and monthly active users.

Achieved 90% completion on their first-ever FleetPilot re-deployable hydrogen refueler.

Invited to speak on AI and Vertical Software at the Bureau of International Recycling World Convention in October.  

Surpassed 100 MW in signed solar programs.

Received two purchase orders worth $80K from a large aerospace and security company.

Landed a $100K pilot with Charter Internet and a pilot with Tesla to test user acquisition.

Accepted to the Google AI for Energy accelerator, which will focus on new report-based products built on the core Othersphere data/modeling platform.

Hired Jamie O'Rourke as interim CEO who brings 20 years experience as a rail executive, and transitioned the founder to a CPO role. Conducted an on-site visit with Vermont Rail Systems demonstrating 6% savings on their Burlington to Rutland run.

Extended their Transformer models to forecast Natural Gas futures, achieving high forecasting accuracy on NYMEX data, which is a strong validation of their potential to disrupt not only energy systems but also broader market forecasting.

Secured strategic partnerships with Denim City (representing 80% of Brazil's denim market) and the Canadian Apparel Federation (bringing 5000 Canadian brands into the marketplace), while continuing to exceed all growth KPIs.

FUND I

Advanced deals with Lassonde Pappas and Arcadia which, if closed, would meet their 2025 target for contracted revenues.

Prominently featured as a strategic partner in the annual ESG reports for both AvalonBay and Stoneweg, with more to come.

FrostCarbon, Inc. closed a $2.25M SAFE round in advance of closing on the larger Series A later this year.

Rolled out pilot at a multinational convenience store in one of Hong Kong’s busiest districts. Launched their Urban Impact Report sharing data and insights on scaling positive impact through sustainable design.

Added Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to their renewables support portfolio, enabling them to optimize transmission, renewable natural gas, and hydro in addition to wind and solar assets.

Reached $2 million ARR in pilots underway.

Expanded use cases and markets with the ‘big four’ consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and EY), which opens new strategic partnership opportunities. 

Started a partnership with Kroger Krazy, made possible by a new retailer filter feature, that introduces Social Nature to a large new audience.

Secured a $10 million credit facility from National Bank of Canada that will accelerate the deployment of their chargers across North America.

Hosted Associate Minister of Forestry and Forest Products, Kevin Holland, and MPP Steve Clark, to showcase their prefab housing advanced manufacturing facility in Brockville.
