Securing a planned development for 64 units and building a discovery centre funded by the Ministry of Natural Resources using local underutilized tree species for mass timber construction to demonstrate Canadian FSC Certified natural resources for Canadian homes.

Enabled climate action on hundreds of active projects that influenced more than $7.1 billion in procurement decisions toward lower-carbon outcomes.

Analyzed more than 20 GW of renewable energy on their forecasting platform—enough capacity to power roughly 15 million homes.

Moved nearly 1000 homes off of fossil fuels to all-electric heat pump systems—the equivalent of around 2000 cars off the road in emissions.

Achieved their revenue target, grew bookings by 3X YoY by helping farmers across the west coast irrigate more than half a billion gallons of water precisely—a 10X increase over 2024.

Launched six product SKU's with Sprague Foods. Secured $3.5 million in equity funding, $1.75 million from Genome BC, more from Protein Industries Canada and named one of the Top 25 Food Tech Frontier companies in Canada.

Successfully sold and delivered their first commercial product, setting the stage for the next phase of live deployments and commercial growth.

Closed an oversubscribed $38 million USD Series A financing—the largest Series A of any geothermal company within the industry.

Closed a $3 million financing led by Active Impact and proved that their technology can stop lightning on demand.

FUND II

Drove to near break even, and then implemented operational, product and team changes to build the foundation for more growth in 2026.

Reached their 2025 sales target at mid year and signed $17 million in LOIs for 2026.

Launched a new category, food service, which grew >300% since January. Raised $3.9 million to accelerate growth in this segment, with customers like Stanford Health, UC Berkeley, AstraZeneca, and UCSF as early anchor customers.

Grew 30% after years of flat growth and drew closer to profitability.

Signed RectorSeal as their HVAC channel master distributor with the largest order in Flair history at nearly $0.5 million USD.

Pivoted to helping members boost their spending power responsibly without debt, more than doubling card spend with a relentless focus on affordability.

Sent their first commercial shipments of their new generation of hydrogen fueling equipment, worth more than $10 million.

Surpassed 200 commercial properties with committed solar programs and $150 million in financed solar projects.

Closed a major deal with a Fortune 500 sportswear manufacturer to help their global engineering organization do more with less: fewer prototypes, less material waste and better data-driven decisions.

Launched programs with 11 utilities, whose aggregate service area represents over 20 million electricity meters.

Significantly shifted how value is delivered from their core data platform, moving away from SaaS tools to launch a new project-centric product with an immediate market response, including deals with a leading pure play data center developer, a global oil and gas supermajor and one of the world's largest integrated utilities.

Proved EcoRail delivers real, repeatable fuel savings in live rail operations—safely and sustainably.

Demonstrated with three patent grants, two new patent filings, and two whitepapers that intelligence, not overbuild, is the fastest path to scaling AI power by unlocking capacity from existing grid infrastructure through AI driven forecasting and real time energy management.

Broke through the adoption barrier to advance client platforms to live transaction processing, while securing strategic partnerships including Creora Brazil and positioning for 50X expansion through 3D scanning technology that will accelerate supplier digitization at scale.

FUND I

Increased revenue by 32% YoY, maintained 100% contract renewal, secured 6 new POs and delivered their first international installation (Mexico). Removed 137 metric tons of organic pollution while treating 1.61 million gallons (6111 cubic meters) of industrial wastewater—saving 186,785 kWh of energy and 487 tCO2e mitigated.

Signed 3 of the top 5 largest real estate owners in the world.

Completed an equity carveout of FrostCC® cryogenic carbon capture tech platform, creating FrostCarbon, Inc and signed a major commercial framework agreement with hyperscaler to provide 24/7 carbon free electricity for its data centers from power plants.

Achieved a major milestone in Japan with the opening of their first flagship microfactory in Kawasaki, established strategic collaborations with respected Japanese brands, including KOKUYO and Takenaka, to scale circular furniture and construction materials. And, participated in Expo 2025 Osaka in collaboration with the Canada Pavilion and Air Canada.

Used AI and data to solve real world problems, which translated into record Q4 growth with gigawatt-and multi-gigawatt-scale portfolios in wind, solar and BESS selecting Clir’s AI for deployment across all major Western markets, including Australia, Europe, and North America— setting up for a big 2026.

Grew top-line ARR nearly 80% YoY, while continuing to drive nearly 10% energy savings across their customer portfolio.

Grew new ARR by over 90% YoY and expanded several of their largest client contracts (including Deloitte USA and PwC Canada) despite regulatory uncertainty and broader ESG headwinds.

Launched their new self-serve platform that enables the switch from agency style managed services to SaaS delivery.

Released their Cortex platform that solves core challenges facing multifamily and commercial property EV charging.
