FUND III
Delivered the first set of enterprise carbon planning tools to their growing cohort of paid customers. Onboarded a Head of Engineering to lead development of applications and data models.
Celebrated 12 months since founding the company. The team is now over 40 people and they are actively operating in BC and CO while getting ready to expand across North America starting later this year.
Successfully completed the major round of field testing for their advanced printed circuit board design. Expanded into California's central coast, including new partnerships with AvidWater and Advanced Viticulture. Showcased valves at Unified Symposium, the largest wine and grape conference in North America.
Secured additional funding to advance product commercialization and received multiple grants for upcoming patent filings. Contracted an experienced salesperson in the telecom industry to assist with an upcoming product launch at Mobile World Congress.
Onboarded four new data scientists and AI engineers and began contracting for the summer wildfire season.
Had a technology breakthrough on their AI-first approach to large scale power flow analysis with lightning fast rates and only minutes of AI training–with proven applications in advanced dynamic planning such as automating transmission and distribution interconnection.
Delivered their first set of vehicles to customers in central Kenya, financed at below market rates through a partnership with one of Africa's leading fintech companies.
FUND II
Secured five new deals with significant near term expansion potential. Launched the first scalable and affordable Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) Measurement System and were selected for evokeAG's 2025 Startup Alley cohort in Australia.
Signed a contract with Visionary Vegetables for 20,000 lbs/month of spinach seed treatment starting delivery in Q2. Qualified three new crop recipes, including a successful eradication of major melon virus for BASF Nunhems.
Added The Rounds, Eat Clean Bro and 3 Natera facilities as customers, together representing $400K ARR.
Closed two new deals representing $3000 MRR and booked 14 demos for Arlo. EnPowered now connects via Green Button with four utilities covering 20% of Ontario customers, enabling daily hourly data pulls instead of monthly—an important step toward automating operations.
Following a strategic investment from RectorSeal to close off the year, Flair released its Bridge Pro in January to make home electrification simpler, faster and more cost effective.
Secured two new major distribution partnerships to make green mobility more rewarding and accessible. Launched a market-leading 4.1% annual percentage yield on chequing.
Broke ground on their first hydrogen refueling installation in Southern California.
Had a record number of ongoing implementations in January. Added numerous integrations with internal systems which is critical to offering more value to customers.
Launched six commercial solar programs at retail shopping centers in California, totaling 2.3 MW of solar capacity benefiting over 80 local businesses.
Tripled the sales pipeline since their pivot to API-only offering in June 2024. Tightened their market positioning and explored new use cases for the API product.
Successfully launched their managed EV charging program with one of the largest electric utility companies in the US, ComEd, and fully subscribed the program within seven days.
Formally began their data center development partner program, which includes a select range of data center operators, financiers, oil and gas companies, and international agencies who will have early access to their tool prior to general release in March.
Conducted on-site visits with OmniTRAX, Wheeling and Lake Erie, Watco, and Genesee & Wyoming to further refine their recommendation engine. With these enhancements, Genesee & Wyoming QGRY upgraded to the paid fuel savings tier.
Completed the factory acceptance test for two battery systems for a customer with backup power, peak shaving and renewable integration use cases for 1 MWh.
Announced during Colombiatex 2025 that Tengiva will be the official sourcing platform for Columbia’s $5B textile market. Confirmed two key strategic partners—one enabling fashion-specific online purchase financing and the other integrating CO₂ emissions offsetting for textile production.
FUND I
Toured a large plant for a global beverage brand to scope out water treatment plans for the facility and expand beyond their initial pilot.
Kicked off a pilot with the largest commercial real estate services and investment firm in the world.
Received terms for a refinancing to set the company up for continued development of its carbon sequestration technologies.
Expanded local manufacturing in North America with New York Microfactory and Ontario-based Design & Millwork Microfactory, and reached 200 million chopsticks recycled globally.
Contracted over 1.5 GW of North American assets from a leading global infrastructure investment firm, positioning Clir to access their full North American fleet and European assets.
Signed Blackrock Coffee and True Food, representing $215K ARR.
Closed enterprise deals with two global consulting firms valued over $550K and are preparing for the launch of the new ESG Compliance Platform in mid-February.
Spoke at the Fancy Food Show alongside SPINS and RangeMe, fellow consumer data companies. Featured as a panelist in the Naturally Network's State of the Natural Product Industry webinar where they shared insights with over 500 registrants on how to Attract and Retain Shoppers in 2025.
Announced their partnership with Time Equities, Inc to rollout 200 EV chargers across their North American properties. Selected by the DOE to deliver EV charging infrastructure in Puerto Rico as part of a broader Multifamily Managed Charging initiative.
