Signed 4 LOI’s with product manufacturers, building core relationships in their work of connecting demand for low-carbon buildings with the supply of low-carbon products.
Received legal approval for the contract with Vitol a large energy and commodities company and submitted a $1.1 million bid to Innovative Solutions Canada AI Program.
Closed another >30% growth month, surpassing $30 million revenue run rate after only 10 months in operations.
Crossed over 100 million gallons irrigated monthly using the Lumo system, powered by a new AI beta feature release enabling their highest volume customers to more precisely schedule and monitor irrigations for leaks.
Signed an SOW with a government testing facility to deploy their antenna monitoring product on multiple towers with the intention to form a channel partnership.
Completed operational improvements to their sensors, validation models, forecasting tools, satellite communications and flight safety parameters in different weather conditions from pop-up cells to supercells with tornado warnings.
Began contracting with a Massachusetts utility on interconnection automation. Demonstrated internal AI training on ERCOT, Eastern Interconnect, and WECC in under two weeks.
Reached 100 electric motorbikes in operation.
FUND II
Closed $33K of new business and selected as a finalist for a $60K Washington DC innovative company grant.
Made significant operational improvements including reducing machine labour by 66% without impacting quality, reduced COGS by 30% and began expanding their facility (again) to meet growing demand.
Closed a Bridge round with existing investors and a new major investor.
Closed $50K in new sales leveraging their new Day-Ahead product and a new demand response program through Hydro One.
Grew the B2B segment revenue by 67% over last year.
Grew monthly card spend by 22% by increasing cardmembers and wallet-share.
Shipped the first phase of the multi-million dollar Avina hydrogen refuelling station to California.
Contracted by a large dry commodities bulk trader, unlocking a new market.
Completed ten additional solar programs in California totaling over 3 MW in solar capacity.
Completed all win conditions in the pilot project with a large industrial parts manufacturer, representing a $1.5 million partnership opportunity.
Successfully upsold a ‘Whole Home Optimization Pilot’ on the ComEd Optimized Charging Pilot program on the road to scale the account to $2 million ARR.
Closed a $25K contract with a project developer focused on CO2 utilization, a key milestone in being able to reduce sighting costs and improve long-term outcomes for any form of industrial infrastructure
Signed a MOU with Genesee & Wyoming railroad to run 2 pilot projects to validate fuel savings in advance of a potential full rollout.
Executed AI-powered Energy Management Systems case studies that showed up to 36% higher returns, faster payback, and smarter, data-driven operational efficiency of energy assets.
Announced the launch of Brasil Textil during the ONDM trade show, expanding Tengiva's white-labeled marketplace platform into Brazil's $20 billion textile production market.

Installed 456,000 chopstick feature bartop at Purebread in Vancouver’s YVR Airport. Since 2017, ChopValue rescued 1.5 million chopsticks from YVR restaurants alone.
Contracted for nearly 2 GW of wind and solar assets by a major developer in Oceania.
Launched a strategic initiative to automate/productize all of the company’s operational bottlenecks with AI-enabled tools— driving a 500% increase in our utility bill savings calculation process.
