Released the Beta of the Agentic Agronomist that is driving expansion opportunities with their customers, and also creating new sales opportunities with existing and new leads.

Signed an MoU with Radicle Crops, a saponin-free quinoa genetics company in the Netherlands, to commercialize production in the US.

Closed $680K USD in new business to reach ~$8 million run rate with improved margins.

Closed $75K in new business and posted strong profitability in June.

Secured its 5th reorder from RectorSeal, the strategic partner/investor, based on strong sell-through of the Flair Puck and Bridge family into RectorSeal HVAC Distribution.

FUND I

Advanced a potential $68 million Department of Energy grant for the Georgia carbon capture project.

Announced their first microfactory in Brazil, opening in São Paulo in 2027. Received the A&W Award of Excellence for 2025 for the second consecutive year.

Signed a wind portfolio deal with a leading Gulf-based renewable energy developer, covering assets in Central Asia and the Caucasus, with solar and battery storage phases already in motion.
