FUND III

Signed an $840K construction contract for the Edwardsburgh Cardinal municipal building.

Signed 9 design and engineering firms, over twice the number in any other month, and 3 manufacturers. Shipped a chat feature which will be the rails of their agentic sales and product discovery tooling.

Delivered its first measured AI efficiency result with 14% more tokens per watt at matched capacity.

Hired a GTM Lead to accelerate customer uptake, and added sharing and embedding capabilities for AI chats and agents to support the PLG motion.

Each week in June set a new record for new installations completed throughout the month.

Closed the month with bookings up 3X YoY.

Secured a development contract with the Lower Fraser Fisheries Alliance, an Indigenous technical organization representing the interests of over 25 fisheries, to evaluate the viability of fresh mycelium as a localized fish feed source.

Closed 3 new accounts bringing ARR to over $2 million USD, and began the TotalEnergies On accelerator in France.

Secured a verbal trial agreement with a major Canadian telecom company, delivered through a channel partner, opening a path across multiple carriers.

Completed and derisked a significant phase of horizontal drilling giving increased confidence in their target completion date in Q3.

Closed a significant grant from a large private foundation to support their wildfire detection in Alaska, and a grant from NorthX Climate to support their lightning suppression across all regions.

Successfully delivered and closed a project on an AI operator training simulator for a large Independent System Operator (ISO) and closed its first deployment with a customer outside the US, in APAC.

Built over 500 electric bikes in the month—an all-time high.

FUND II

Signed multiple new deals and revived previously closed-loss opportunities.

Completed a test case for treatment of coffee beans to improve their quality score. Began planting for the 2026 bean season, with 7000 acres already planted, and on track for 13-15,000 acres total by early July.

Grew revenue 15%, hitting yet another high-water mark for revenue and closed the quarter with a record-setting number of customer closes (~300% higher than Q1, driven by new Compass and Sodexo contracts).

Overdelivered for demand response customers during several grid events and a test, resulting in full revenue earnings as a portion of energy cost savings.

Launched their Puck 2 on Amazon and received a repeat order from a large strategic for Puck 2.

Added $10 million of new sales pipeline over the past month.

Launched rooftop solar programs at ten retail properties across the US, totaling 4.32 MW in solar capacity.

Closed an annual license with New Balance to replace part of their physical testing with a fully digital workflow.

Renewed and upsold their first whole-home deal in Healdsburg.

Progressed a strategic partnership to the AI leadership team of a leading global advisory firm, and hit internal production automation goals to improve margins.

Progressed into due diligence with two large strategic partnerships.

Expanded the Creora partnership, one of the region's dominant spandex supplier networks, to include 19 additional Latin American countries.

FUND I

Secured a POV project with a large multi-national beverage company with significant expansion potential.

Progressed to final stages of legals and diligence on a new joint venture.

Carbon America's CarbonSafe project in Georgia is advancing with the US Department of Energy.

Announced an expansion into the United Arab Emirates with the launch of its first Flagship Microfactory in Dubai by the end of 2026.

Signed a major multi-year expansion with one of its longest-standing European clients, moving to a three-year partnership that will deliver Clir's AI roadmap, integrate with the client's data lake and onboard their largest-ever farm onto the platform.

Launched Smart Setpoints as a live pilot with several QSR brands, automatically tuning each store's temperature to cut energy use while holding comfort and food safety through the hot summer months.

Added Sierra Club as a new customer that will use Manifest to benchmark 30 US pension funds against their proprietary climate scorecard.

Exceeded YoY sales by 28%.

Announced a partnership with Parking Boss that will integrate EV charging and parking access for apartment/condo communities in Boston.
