FUND III

Signed Stanford University as a customer, helping them understand and reduce their supply chain emissions. Welcomed Nathan Burg as their new AI Engineering Lead to take ownership of the data models and pipelines at the core of C.Scale’s whole life carbon software.

Hit $14 million in revenue run rate (only 8 months since launching). Hired VPs of Field Operations + Warehousing along with a GM for the US Northeast who will be running Jetson's expansion in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey over July to September.

Exceeded revenue targets with $1.4 million in pre growing season bookings, which is 5X YoY growth, including 4 new crop types.

Received their first purchase order and raised additional capital to support the initial product deployment planned in Q3 2025.

Received an LOI from Alberta Wildfire in a major step towards a trial to suppress lightning activity in the province this wildfire season.

Exceeded expectations with Southern California Edison by demonstrating 8760 T&D co-simulations in seconds—30,000X faster than existing methods—with a 100X faster interconnection study turnaround. The grid optimization tool ran 10 million scenario studies for auto-generation of flexibility solutions in minutes.

Completed build of the first 100 mass production ready bikes to fulfill a waitlist of nearly 15,000 individuals. Profiled in Fast Company.

FUND II

Signed $58.7K in ARR, including expansions with Opus One and Joseph Phelps Vineyards, and added $236.7K to the sales pipeline.

Booked another $500K, bringing total to $1.5M ARR this year. Signed new customer, Duncan Family Farms, the largest organic customer yet in leafy greens.

Reused 664K items, beating previous monthly record by 105K, and tipping total items reused to over 10 million.

Closed 7 new deals in May, and also successfully upsold many existing customers. Combined revenue growth so far this quarter is over $300K putting them on track to hit their quarterly target of $550K in revenue growth.

Received their largest order ever (4X greater than the prior largest order) from RectorSeal as they prepare to roll out the new Pro Series Smart Vent offering in June.

Launched a major partnership with DC Metro, the second busiest transit system in the US, to promote the rollout of tap to pay and rewards for riders. Featured by Apple as App of the Day the second time.

Marked one year in the expanded manufacturing facility with nearly $30 million of sales order backlog in the production pipeline

Added $350K in qualified leads after attending US recycling federation and Bureau of International recycling shows in San Diego and Valencia.

Launched three solar programs totaling 1 MW in solar capacity. CEO John Witchell named EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Mountain West) finalist.

Met with several VCs to discuss financing the next phase of growth.

Announced the partnership with Ava Community Energy to reward EV drivers for charging on clean energy. The program is open and marketed to Ava’s entire user network with the goal of enrolling 5000 vehicles this year.

Began contracting the first data center customer, an international project developer who opted-in following a successful trial.

Issued Term Sheets for the initial trials for their Partner model, with the first full contract expected to close shortly, which will initiate a phased rollout across entire rail networks.

Shifted their strategy to focus on commercializing the multi-layered software stack Relyion built for their batteries, which increases scalability and reduces roll-out costs

Closed their Seed+ round led by Staircase Ventures to fund the global expansion of their white-labeled marketplace solutions.

FUND I

Received the upfront payment for a large purchase order to remediate sulfides for a beverage producer.

Grew the sales pipeline by 40% since the beginning of the year.

Signed term sheets for joint ventures to continue the commercial development of carbon storage hub projects in Colorado and Georgia.

Announced a partnership with BASF, a large multinational and largest chemical producer in the world, to upcycle chopsticks into electric guitars.

Onboarded over 4.3 GW of new operational wind, solar, and BESS assets across Europe and the Americas. Delivered risk engineering surveys for renewable energy projects totalling over 1.2 GW of installed capacity.

Added another $2 million to the final close on a financing that was 64% oversubscribed, on the heels of their 3rd straight record quarter in Q1.

Called for another strong quarter with new contracts from Global Consulting leaders in the ESG space, including more than $45K added in the month. Launched a white paper based on their AI analysis of whether the Fortune Global 500 are turning their climate commitments into measurable action.

Launched Offer Landing Pages, a new feature to simplify how users discover and activate offers.

Recruited two new senior executives, Shradha Mittal as Head of People and Culture, and Hanna Ayyad as CFO.
