Received verbal approval for a trial of their antenna monitoring with one of the largest telecom companies in Canada.
Completed initial down-hole design with Baker Hughes.
Signed Dr. Lori Moore Merrell, an extremely well respected global wildfire and emergency response professional, as an advisor to assist in engaging new wildfire regions (particularly in the US) for Skyward’s lightning mitigation technology.
Advanced contracting with a large US investor-owned utility on transmission planning automation for interconnection studies.
Crossed 100 MWh total delivered energy since inception.
FUND II
Signed a strategic partnership with N’Cresco Living Water to deploy Agrology sensors for their customers, targeting $1.2 million in initial gross revenue.
Reached $17 million in signed LOIs for 2026 seed purchases.
Launched with UC Berkeley and Zoox (Amazon's autonomous vehicle company).
Increased the battery projects pipeline to over $70 million, more than half of which was in this quarter alone despite no outbound sales efforts.
Launched preorders of the Puck 2 to ship in December from a new production partner that lowers manufacturing costs by 50%.
Received inbound interest from the Boston transit agency to replicate the successful transit promotion executed in DC and NY.
Shipped the first FleetPilot™ self-contained, re-deployable station to fill hydrogen buses at Lewis County Transit in Washington State.
Surpassed the $100 million mark in total project capital deployed, representing over 50 MW of solar capacity across 120 properties.

FUND I
Received a purchase order from Arcadia Beverage that utilizes Aquacycl’s wastewater treatment to solve a critical pain point at a production facility.
Closed multiple deals in a short timeframe, driven by their ability to quickly deliver asset-level plans that satisfy the technical building assessment for GRESB scoring before year-end.
Advanced an investment from a hyperscaler customer that will deploy their carbon capture and storage technology across 50 power plant retrofit projects.
Expanded into the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions with a new headquarters in Copenhagen and new Microfactory operations in Madrid that will provide furniture solutions starting off with Popeyes and Burger King restaurants across Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Supported a major European renewables investor by strengthening its contractual position with the OEM and reinforcing confidence in Clir’s AI-powered platform.
Reached $270K ARR in verbal commitments from new customers so far in Q4.
