Signed 2 expansion deals and received terms from a high-growth reseller that will integrate Agrology’s sensors into their standard product.

Hit a new revenue record surpassing $400K/month for the first time, up nearly 2X since January, while reaching 12 million reused items and 15 million lbs of waste mitigated to date.
Closed $62K in new sales and completed 4 site visits for potential battery projects.
Received JA5 certification for the Puck under California’s 2025 Title 24 standard, enabling builders to offset or eliminate costly solar requirements on new multi-unit projects using ductless heat pumps via Flair’s hvacOS and built-in demand response.
Kicked off the partnership with Lime to promote micromobility in Lime’s biggest US markets. Grew active cardmembers 26% month-over-month, the highest this year to date.
Won another project for production in 2026, which is already sold to full capacity.
